Michael Kernan with Wry Bred

Despite an unforeseen change in venue, almost 50 dancers came out to dance with us at the Church of the Holy Spirit. It was a large, comfortable space and three very enthusiastic members of the parish joined in the fun! It was kind of nice dancing in lots of space on a floor that didn't slant. Michael called some different and very interesting dances that were enjoyable for dancers of all ability levels. Wry Bred (Mickey Koth on fiddle; Julie Sorchek on flute and sax; Robert Messore on guitar) serenaded with their usual assortment of upbeat jigs and reels. A jazzy rendition of "Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho" was a real treat. Thanks Evelyn for showing up at 6 pm with me! Oliver and Cathe
