MakeFest 2019 with Billy Fischer and David Sidman's Elastic Band

Round Hill returned to MakeFest again in 2019 for another free, public contra dance. The drizzly weather outside didn't put a damper on the festivities -- we just moved it inside! Thank you to the 11 experienced dancers who came out to support the dance: Oliver, Catherine, Evelyn, Tova, Bob, Daniel, Ken, Carol, John, Margaret, and Ted.

We "captured" people coming in and out of the library! Bill Fischer called a good variety of dances, allowing us to show off real contradancing, as well as entertaining some families. Music by Dave's Elastic Band sounded especially good indoors! Kenny Kosek joined in on fiddle with Matt Diaz on guitar. We also appreciated the air conditioning!
